目的1/Narrative objectives1	心臓シネMRIにおいて、2Dおよび3DシネMRIの画質および心機能解析結果を比較して互換性を検証し、3D法を2D法に置き換えることができるか論じること。	To determine the accuracy of 3D kat-ARC cine MRI for the assessment of left ventricular functional analyses in comparison with 3D cine MRI.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	18 歳/years-old 以上/<=

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	心疾患を持ち、左室機能評価を含めた心臓MRI検査が依頼された患者群。	Patients who was ordered the cardiac MR examination including the left ventricular functional analysis.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１）ペースメーカー、除細動器装着者 ２）十分な呼吸停止を行えない、あるいは、撮像者の指示に従えない ３）閉所恐怖 ４）１８歳未満の患者	1) Carrier of either pacemaker or defibrillator 2) Patients who cannot follow the operator's instruction, or hold his/her breath during image acquisition. 3) Claustrophobia 4) Patients who are younger than 18 years old
