目的1/Narrative objectives1	2010年の7価結合型肺炎球菌ワクチン導入による、千葉市の小児市中肺炎の発生頻度の変化を疫学的調査により明らかにすること。	To compare the incidence of childhood pneumonia before and after the introduction of heptavalent pneumococcal vaccine in Chiba City.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	肺炎球菌ワクチン導入後に採取された肺炎由来の肺炎球菌の血清型の変化	To find out the seroprevelance of the Streptococcus Pneumonia after the introducion of the pneumococcal vaccine.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	千葉市在住の小児で、肺炎が主病名により入院した患者。	Children who are admitted to the hospital because of pneumonia in Chiba City.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	本試験に参加することに対して同意を得られなかったもの。	Patients who refused to participate in this research.
