目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
局所麻酔薬は、外科的処置など侵襲を伴う医療処置の疼痛緩和に広く用いられている。しかし、一定の鎮痛状態を維持するためには、局所に何回も追加投与しなければならない。そのため、局所麻酔薬の作用時間を延長させる方法が古くから検討されてきた。本研究の目的は、局所麻酔薬の作用時間を延長させる方法として、以前から用いられてきた低分子デキストランとの混注の有用性を、新しい局所麻酔薬を用いて再評価することである。
