選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	言語習得後の一側高度または重度感音難聴であること。４分法による平均聴力が70 dB HL 以上、または最高語音明瞭度が30 % 以下であること	acquired (severe) hearing loss indicating that higher than 70dBHL(500-2000Hz Audiogram) and less than 30 % speech discrimination.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	髄膜炎後、奇形など	post meningitis,anomaly, etc
