目的1/Narrative objectives1	日本人の歯周病患者で、インプラント治療終了後3年以上経過したインプラントの予後を調査することを目的とする。	The purpose of this research is a prognosis over 3 years after the dental implant treatment for Japanese periodontitis patients.

主な結果/Results	日本歯周病学会では、学会指導型研究として、インプラント治療終了後3年以上経過した症例に関して、インプラント周囲粘膜炎およびインプラント周囲炎の頻度と歯周病原菌の感染の有無を調査することを目的に2012年10月から2013年9月末日まで「歯周病患者におけるインプラントの実態調査」を実施した。対象は、日本歯周病学会会員の診療施設において、歯周治療終了後にインプラント治療を行い、定期的にメインナンスに来院し、調査期間内にメインテナンスを受診した患者である。調査項目は、①年齢、性別、喫煙、飲酒、投薬、全身疾患の有無 ②インプラント治療前と現在の歯周組織の状態、抜歯の原因、X線写真、口腔内写真 ③インプラントの種類、手術形式、治療終了からの期間 ④インプラント周囲溝のプロービング深さ（PD）とBOP、角化粘膜幅と可動性の有無、改良型Plaque Index、改良型Sulcus Bleeding Index、排膿および動揺 ⑦同一口腔内のインプラントと残存歯の最深PD部の歯周病原菌検査（P.g.、P.i.、A.a.）⑧指尖血清抗体価検査（P.g.、P.i.、A.a.、E.c.）である。34医療機関が参加し、267症例の実態調査を実施した。その内訳は、男性110名、女性157名、平均年齢62.5±10.7歳、残存歯数20.9±5.9本、インプラント埋入数は3.8±3.2本であった。
