選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

手術中に１時間以上の一側肺換気を必要とする胸腔鏡下肺切除術を受ける肺腫瘍患者を対象とする。

英語
Patients who undergo video-assisted thoracoscopic lung resection and require one-lung ventilation for an hour or longer are included.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
虚血性心疾患や重篤な不整脈を有する患者、血行動態が不安定な患者、間質性肺炎を有する患者、換気側肺にブラを有する患者、換気側肺の肺葉切除の既往を有する患者、中等度から重篤な閉塞性換気障害を有する患者、気管切開されている患者

Patients with ischemic heart disease, severe arrhythmia, unstable hemodynamic parameters, interstitial pneumonia, bulla in the dependent lung, history of lobectomy in the dependent lung, severe obstructive lung disease, or tracheostomy are excluded.
