日本語
リンパ駆出圧が20mmHg以下に低下した健常ボランティアを対象とする。対象に弾性ストッキングを4か月着用して貰う、4か月後再度ICG蛍光造影法を施行しリンパ駆出圧を測定する。また4か月の着用前後でSF-36のアンケート調査を行い、健康度改善効果について検討する。

Recrute healthy volunteers with leg lymph pumping less than 20 mmHg lymph ejection pressure fell to 20 or less mmHg. Test the effect of elastic stocking on the improvement of leg lymph pumping and general health condition after 4 months.

介入2/Interventions/Control_2

日本語
リンパ駆出圧が20mmHg以下に低下した健常ボランティアを対象とする。対象に非弾性ストッキングを4か月着用して貰う、4か月後再度ICG蛍光造影法を施行しリンパ駆出圧を測定する。また4か月の着用前後でSF-36のアンケート調査を行い、健康度改善効果について検討する。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
下肢静脈瘤や深部静脈血栓症といった慢性静脈還流障害の患者,下肢外傷の既往のある患者,２次性リンパ浮腫の患者(直腸や前立腺・子宮疾患で骨盤手術を受けたことのある患者)
