目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
歯周炎患者を対象に、第Ⅰ相試験として安定化二酸化塩素 (Na)ClO2を主成分とするマタタコロTM含嗽法における最大耐量（MTD）と第Ⅱ相試験での推奨用量（RD）の決定をし、第Ⅱ相試験ではRDによるマタタコロMT含嗽法の有効性および安全性について検討する。

In a phase1study, we determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose (RD) of stable chlorine dioxide ((Na)ClO2) within MatatacoroTM for treatment of patients with periodontitis. Then, in a phase 2 study, we examined the efficacy and safety of the RD of (Na)ClO2.

第２相試験では、期間は1日2回、１週間とし、1回量30mlを30秒間含嗽。4週間投与。
