適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	適用なし/Not applicable
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	20mm以上50mm以下の大腸腫瘍性病変	Superficial colorectal neoplasms 20mm - 50mm in diameter.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1)内視鏡治療後の遺残再発病変 2）炎症性腸疾患（潰瘍性大腸炎，クローン病），家族性ポリポーシスの患者 3）血液凝固機能異常を有する症例 4）重要臓器不全例 5）その他医師が本研究に不適と判断した患者	1)Local recurrence after endoscopic resection. 2)Patients with colitis ulcerosa, Crohn disease, familial adenomatous polyposis. 3)Patients with hematological abnormality. 4)Patients with severe organ failure 5)Patients who have been judged as inappropriate for this study
