試験実施施設に入院・外来通院中で長時間作用性気管支拡張薬による治療においても労作時息切れが残存している中等症以上の安定期COPD患者

The COPD patients above the severity of moderate (GOLD 2) in stable phase, who recruited from in-outpatients and still have dyspnea on exertion despite therapy with long-acting bronchodilators.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

運動負荷試験に対して危険が危惧される冠動脈患者、不整脈、心不全などの合併症を有する者は除外。

The patients who considered to have risks for exercise test, such as coronary vascular disease, arrhythmia, and heart failure are excluded from this study.
