目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
40歳以上の患者を対象に、脈波伝播速度（Pulse wave velocity: PWV）と、Augmentation index（AI）および中心血圧を用いて動脈の閉塞状況と硬化状況、および左室への負荷などを測定・評価し、全身麻酔導入・気管挿管中の循環動態の変動との関連を検索する。

The patients aged 40 years old or more(ASA PS 1 or 2) are enrolled. We measure the Pulse wave velocity (PWV), Augmentation index (AI) and central blood pressure which reflects the level of arterial occlusion and sclerosis, and evaluate whether it is possible to predict the excessive hemodynamic changes during anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation.

40歳以上の口腔外科手術を受ける患者 (ASA PS 1または2)を対象にした。術前の収縮期血圧(SBP)、拡張期血圧(DBP)、脈拍数、baPWV、augmentation index、中心血圧を手術の前日に測定した。麻酔導入中、気管挿管中にSBPおよびDBPを測定した。そして、SBPおよびDBPの最高値および最低値と術前測定した各パラメータを比較した。そして、循環動態の変動の予測因子を同定した。

The patients aged 40 years old or more, who underwent oral and maxillofacial surgery (ASA PS 1 or 2), were enrolled. The preoperative systolic blood pressure (SBP), dyastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR), brachial-ankle PWV (baPWV), Augmentation index and central blood pressure were measured on the day before operation.
The fluctuation in SBP and DBP were measured during anesthesia induction and tracheal intubation. The difference between the highest or lowest value of SBP during anesthesia and each preoperative value were compared. The difference of DBP was compared in the same way. Then the predictive fectors for hemodynamic changes were determined.
