日本語
小児鼠径ヘルニアに対し、近年従来法に代わり腹腔鏡下経皮的腹膜外ヘルニア閉鎖術(Laparoscopic percutaneous extraperitoneal closure:LPEC)が行われるようになってきた。従来法と切開部位が異なるため適切な術後鎮痛法も異なると考えられる。今回我々は、全身麻酔に腹直筋鞘ブロックを併用し腹直筋鞘ブロックが術後痛と覚醒時興奮の軽減に寄与するか否かを、全身麻酔単独群と比較検討する。
