選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１）CT,エコーなどの画像診断で、臨床的に転移がない早期食道扁平上皮癌
２）内視鏡的に深達度が上皮内癌あるいは粘膜固有層に限局した早期食道扁平上皮癌
３）周在性約2/3以上の早期食道扁平上皮癌

Patients with large esophageal cancer expected to result in a post-ESD artificial ulcer of a size of not less than two-thirds of the circumference

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
重篤な基礎疾患（心疾患・腎疾患・肝臓疾患など）を有する患者
咽頭癌、喉頭癌、食道癌、胃癌の既往を有する患者
組織採取部位の口腔粘膜に異常所見、明らかな瘢痕化や炎症があり、採取不可能な患者
頸部～上腹部の放射線療法またはESDに影響を及ぼす手術歴のある患者
そのた、合併症等のため、担当医師が不適当と判断した患者

Exclusion criteria includes severe diabetes mellitus, heart disease, renal desease, active double cancers, undergoing treatment for oral, laryngeal, pharyngeal cancers, receiving radiotherapy for early esophageal cancer
