目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
中等症以上のアトピー性皮膚炎患者に対するベタメタゾン酪酸エステルプロピオン酸エステル（BBP）軟膏の段階的減量による効果を、保湿薬投与群との間で有効性、患者QOLおよび皮疹の再発から比較検討する。

The effect by the gradual loss of betamethasone butyrate propionate ester (BBP) ointment for the moderate level atopic dermatitis patient is compared and is examined from effectiveness, patient QOL and recurrence of the efflorescence between humidity retention medicine administrated group.

主な結果/Results

日本語
寛解後も２週間ステロイドの外用を継続し、その後保湿剤に切り替えた群が、寛解後にすぐに保湿剤に切り替えた群に比べ、再発までの期間が長い傾向にあった。しかし、再燃時の症状の程度には差が無かった。また、いずれの症例も、寛解時には、TARCの低下がみられていた。ただ、症例数が少なく、統計学的な検討は行えなかった。

The group that continued topical use of steroids for 2 weeks after remission and then switched to moisturizer tended to have a longer time to relapse than the group that switched to moisturizer immediately after remission. However, there was no difference in the degree of symptoms at the time of relapse. In all cases, TARC decreased at the time of remission. However, the number of cases was small, and a statistical study could not be performed.

ベタメタゾン酪酸エステルプロピオン酸エステル軟膏を外用し、軽快させる。その後、保湿剤に変更群と軽快後も2週間同薬剤を外用した郡に分け、再発までの期間を検討する
