関節リウマチ患者におけるMTXもしくは生物学的製剤を投与中の患者において、インフルエンザワクチン接種を行うことにより、抗体価に対しどのような影響があるのかを検討する。また生物学的製剤群ではインフルエンザワクチン接種を2回行い、その影響も検討する。

1．関節リウマチと診断された患者
2．機能障害度Class 1から3。
3．ステロイド内服はプレドニン換算で1日10mg以下。
4．20歳以上の患者。
5．患者本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者
