介入2/Interventions/Control_2	対照群 1. 20名 2. ブラッッシングのみを4週間行う。	Control group 1. 20 patients 2. Subjects continuously undergo a conventional mouth cleaning (brushing only).

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	35 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	70 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1. 中度～重度の慢性歯周炎患者 2. 20歯以上を有している 3. PPD 4 mm以上の部位が各1/4口腔に少なくとも3歯存在している	1. Moderate to severe chronic periodontitis patients 2. Possessed a minimum of 20 teeth 3. Having at least 3 teeth with probing pocket depth greater than 4 mm in each quadrant.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1. 過去6ヵ月以内に歯周治療を受けている者 2. 過去3ヵ月以内に抗菌薬や抗炎症薬、免疫 抑制薬を投与されている者 3. 舌ブラシや洗口液を定期的に使用している 者	1.Persons who had received periodontal treatment within the previous 6 months 2. Persons who had taken systemic antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, or immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months 3. Persons who were regularly using a tongue cleaner and mouth rinse
