1. 新規発症の原発性AAV患者（組織学的に壊死性半月体型形成性腎炎が確認されたANCA陰性例も含む）

かつ

2. 厚生労働省特定疾患進行性腎障害に関する調査研究班による診断基準に基づき、RPGNと診断された患者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 血液データとして、白血球数3000/mm3未満、血小板数10万/mm3未満のいずれかに該当する患者
2. アレルギー（メシル酸ナファモスタットなどの薬剤アレルギーも含む）の既往症や過敏反応の経験のある患者、またはその恐れのある患者
3. 重篤な心血管系疾患、肝臓疾患、呼吸器疾患、代謝性疾患、神経筋疾患、感染症のある患者
4. アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害剤を服用中の患者
5. 血漿交換療法を施行した患者
6. 主治医が対象として不適当と判断した患者

2. history of allergic reaction to FOY
3. severe cardiovascular, liver, lung, metabolic, neurologic or infectious diseases
4. prescription of ACEI
5. recent history of plasmapheresis
