他ARBを投与し高血圧治療を行っているにも関わらず、JSH2009降圧目標を達成していない患者のARBをアジルサルタンに変更し、変更前後で血圧の変化を検討する。

１）アレルギーまたは薬物過敏症の既往のある患者
２）妊娠または妊娠している可能性のある患者
３）その他担当医が対象として不適切と判断した患者
