日本語
術後回復の質を知る上で良質なスケールの開発は急務である。世界的にはいくつかの術後回復スケールが提唱されているが日本語に翻訳されたものは少ない。また、文化や医療システムの異なる本邦においてそのまま適用するには限界がある。Post Operative Quality of Recovery Scaleは7カ国の麻酔科専門医が集まり作成された術後回復スケールである。これを翻訳し日本で適用可能か、信頼性、妥当性の検討を行う。

Recovery from surgery and anesthesia is an important factor. Some of the scales are developed to assess the degree of recovery but none of those are translated into Japanese. Post operative quality of recovery scale(PQRS) is a scale developed in seven countries. We translated PQRS with a permission from the author. Weather we can adopt this scale in Japan is unknown. We therefore assess the reliability and validity of this scale.
