チューブのサイズは、実際に臨床的最適なサイズになるまで入れ替える．①月齢，②身長，③体重，胸部単純写真の④気管径２箇所，超音波での⑤声門下の気管径，⑥在胎週数，⑦生下時体重のパラメーターのうち、重要因子を求める．

Tubes were replaced as necessary until a good clinical fit was obtained. We seek the significant factors among a lot of parameters such as 1.month old, 2.height, 3.weight, 4.via chest X-ray photo,two tracheal diameters, 5.via ultrasonography, the subglottic upper airway diameter, 6.gestational age, 7.weight at birth.
