婦人科腫瘍性疾患の周術期は深部静脈血栓症（DVT）の頻度が高い。また、肺血栓塞栓症のほとんどはDVTを原因とするものである。そのため、婦人科腫瘍性疾患術後のDVT発症に関連のある因子を検索することを目的とした、下肢静脈エコーを用いた、前向き研究を考察した。

Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) is high frequency perioperative gynecological neoplastic disease. In addition, most of the pulmonary thromboembolism is caused the dvt. Therefore, it was aimed to find factors that are related to dvt development of gynecological neoplastic disease after surgery was used leg vein echoes, we considered a prospective study.
