膵頭十二指腸切除術の膵腸吻合における膵実質と空腸漿膜筋層の縫合方法において、水平マットレス法と結節縫合法を無作為に割り付けし、膵液瘻ISGPF grade BもしくはCの発生頻度を比較し、水平マットレス法の有用性について検討する。

The aim of this study is to verify that the frequency of pancreatic fistula (ISGPF grade B and C) in horizontal matress suture are lower than in interrupted suture during pancreaticojejunostomy by RCT.

術前に本研究の目的および内容を患者とその家族に十分説明し、試験について患者本人の自由意思による同意を得た患者。なお、同意は必ず文書によって取得する。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
重篤な虚血性心疾患を有する症例、肝硬変や活動性の肝炎を合併する症例、間質性肺炎や肺線維症などにより酸素投与を必要とする呼吸困難を有する症例、慢性腎不全にて透析を実施している症例、他臓器の合併切除を要する症例、その他担当医が不適応と判断した症例

Patients with severe ischemic cardiac disease, patients with severe liver damage, patients requiring oxygen administration due to interstitial pneumonia or pulmonary fibrosis, patients requiring dialysis treatment due to chronic renal failure, or patients who are considered as inappropriate by attendig physician
