卵巣胚細胞腫瘍である成熟奇形腫からの悪性転化について後方視的調査研究を行い、予後因子、治療の実態やその成績の検討を行うことで標準治療確立のための知見を得る。

This study aims to investigate the currnet treatment and clinicopathologic factors affecting survival of malignant transformation arising in ovarian mature cystic teratoma retrospectively. Secondary to get some perceptions to establish standard of care against the tumor.

1998年1月から2012年12月までに組織学的に卵巣原発奇形腫の悪性転化と診断された症例。FIGO分類：Ⅰa～Ⅳb期

The cases of malignant transformation of ovarian mature cystic teratoma treated from November 1998 to December 2012,with 1a to 4b by FIGO stage

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・他の癌腫で過去に手術療法、化学療法、放射線療法の既往を有する症例。ただし治療終了後5年以上無再発で経過し、完治した判定がなされていれば可。
・重篤な合併症を有する症例
・治療時に活動性の重複癌を有する症例

1.Patients with a history of other malignancies. The patients with recurrence free for more than 5 years are eligible. 2.Patients with serious complications. 3.Patients with the other malignant disease requiring treatment at a time.
