日本語
通常のドナー由来の同種輸血製剤使用では安定的に有効な血小板輸血を受けられない可能性を有する、血小板輸血不応症を合併した慢性血小板減少症、かつ、まれな血液型を有する１名の患者に限定し、患者の体細胞からiPS細胞を樹立し血小板を作製する。

Aim is to study whether platelet generation is feasible from iPS cells in case of a patient with unresponsiveness post repeated platelet transfusion.

日本語
患者由来細胞からiPS細胞や巨核球株の樹立が可能か、また治療効果のある血小板の産生が可能か否かを実験室レベルで検証する。本研究では、作製される血小板を人体に戻し、安全性や有効性を検証する為の臨床研究は行わない。なお、iPS細胞作製のソースとして、末梢血の他、骨髄穿刺による骨髄細胞も採取を行い、保存する。

1) iPS cell generation is being planned by using two sources from a patient; peripheral blood and bone marrow adherent cells.
2) These sources will be used for iPS cells and further megakaryocytic cells production.

　　C型肝炎（HCV）
　　ヒト免疫不全ウイルス（HIV）感染症
　　成人T細胞白血病（HTLV）
　　パルボウイルスB19感染症
　　サイトメガロウイルス
　　EBウイルス
　　ウエストナイルウイルス
・梅毒トレポネーマ、クラミジア、淋菌、結核菌等の細菌による感染症
・敗血症及びその疑い
・悪性腫瘍
・重篤な代謝及び内分泌疾患
・膠原病及び血液疾患
・肝疾患
・伝達性海綿状脳症及びその疑い並びにその他の認知症
・特定な遺伝性疾患や家族歴
