被験者に欧米製ハイレゾリューションマノメトリーを用いて食道内圧検査を行った後に、国内製ハイレゾリューションマノメトリーシステムを用いて再度食道内圧検査を行う

消化器症状のない本研究の参加に関して同意が文書で得られる者

Asymptomatic subjects

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
上部消化管手術を受けた既往がある者
鼻腔及び咽・喉頭の手術を受けた既往がある者
嚥下困難や胸やけなど食道運動疾患に関連した症状があり治療を受けている者
消化管運動に影響を及ぼす薬剤を内服している者
重症糖尿病や神経筋疾患、膠原病など消化管運動に影響する可能性のある状態である者

Previous operations in upper GI tract or nasal cavity
Patients receiving medication for symptoms related to esophageal diseases such as heartburn or dysphagia
Patients receiving medication that may affect GI motility
Patients with diseases that may affect GI motility, such as diabetes mellitus, collagen diseases and neuromuscular diseases

本邦で開発されたHRMシステムであるStarletを用いるとManoScanを用いた場合に比べて、CFVを除いた各パラメータの値が高くなることが明らかになった。
