この研究の目的は，1）試作品の口腔細菌（細菌量，細菌叢）に対する効果，2）試作品の口腔内への保湿効果，3）官能性試験（使用感等），4）生体為害性（口腔粘膜の炎症反応）を検討し，試作品の有用性を検証することである。
