本研究は、慢性腎臓病の合併や血液透析を行っている２型糖尿病患者について、推算ヘモグロビンA1c（eHbA1c）を他の血糖コントロール指標と比較検討する。

２型糖尿病、慢性腎臓病以外の重篤な疾患を有する患者

Those who are less than 20 years old.
Those who are suffer from severe disease other than type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
