目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
消化吸収や運動などの消化管機能は種々の消化管ホルモンと神経システムによって複雑に調節されている。また消化管ホルモンの内分泌細胞は消化管粘膜に多く存在し，胃粘膜も消化管機能の役割の一旦を担っている．しかしながら，胃粘膜の切除が消化管機能全体にどのような影響を及ぼすかについての詳細な解明は未だなされていない．
　本研究では，内視鏡的切除という介入が消化管機能動態にどのように影響するかを解析することによって，消化管機能を制御する因子について解明する．

The gastrointestinal function is intricately controlled by various gastrointestinal hormones and nerve systems. The endocrine cells of gastrointestinal hormone exist in gastric mucosa, which is playing a role of gastrointestinal function. However, the effects of endoscopic resection of gastric mucosa on the gastrointestinal function have not yet been sufficiently investigated.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of endoscopic resection on the gastrointestinal function using ultrasonographic assessment of gastric motility and serological evaluation of gastrointestinal hormones.

1) ESDを施行予定の患者
2) 本人より文書での同意が得られている．

Patients who will undergo ESD for gastric mucosal neoplasms at Tokyo Medical university

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)　Performance Status (PS) 4
2)　原病以外の他臓器に重篤な合併症を有する (ASA分類3以上)
3)　合併症に対して行われている抗凝固療法を中止できない
4)　妊娠中もしくは妊娠が疑われる
5)　体表からの超音波検査による標的部位の描出が不能である
6)　ESD施行にあたり合併症のリスクが高いと判断される場合
7)　ESD適応外の病変に対する治療を行う場合
8)　胃や十二指腸の切除既往のある者
9)　その他，試験責任又は分担医師が対象として不適当と判断した場合

1) Patients who have severe complication or high-risk for undergoing ESD
2) Patients who have undergone gastrectomy before ESD
3) Patients who expect to become pregnant
4) Patients whose stomach cannot be assessed by ultrasonographic evaluation
