1) 歯周組織検査時に４ｍｍ以上の歯周ポケットが複数ヶ所認められ、２０歯以上の歯が残存している者
2）本人から文書による同意を得られた患者

1) Patients having more than 20 teeth
and having multiple site of probing pocket depth more than 4 mm
2) Patients who can give informed
consent themselves in writing

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 歯周治療に障害をきたす全身疾患を有する者
2) 妊娠あるいは妊娠の可能性のある女性
3) 喫煙者
4) その他、本研究の対象として医学的根拠に基づき不適当と判断した者

known to affect the outcomes of periodontal treatment
