目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
冠動脈のプラークを冠動脈血管内イメージングで解析するとともに、複数のバイオマーカーを同時に測定し、プラークの特性とバイオマーカーの相関を解明し、危険な急性冠症候群発症の予知と効果的な治療を可能にすることを目的とする。さらにカテーテルインターベンション治療後、通常の二次予防に用いられる薬物療法（スタチン等の薬剤）により、プラークの改善とバイオマーカーの変化の相関を解明し、冠動脈疾患に対する効果的な新しい治療戦略の展開に貢献することを目的とする。

Although several biomarkers and cardiovascular risk factors are implicated in coronary artery diseases, the relationships between these factors and coronary plaque morphology are not well known. The aim of this study is to correlate multiple factors with coronary plaque characteristics and sought to determine predictors of plaque morphology noninvasively. After medical treatments, the changes of multiple biomarkers and plaque will be also evaluated.

冠動脈造影検査ないしインターベンション治療を受けて、IVUS、血管内視鏡、またはOCTを施行する入院患者
