酸素療法が必要である術後気管切開患者に対してFisher&Paykel社製高流量酸素療法気管切開コネクタを使用し、付属のカサの高さを調節する事によって気道内圧が変化する事を観察し、それによるPEEP効果や換気補助効果がある事を証明する。

High-flow oxygen therapy tracheotomy connector made by Fisher&Paykel company is used with postoperative tracheotomy patients, and effect of airway pressure changes on PEEP and ventilation assistance which is regulated by the position of attached cap is analyzed.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 年齢：同意取得時の年齢が、20歳以上である患者
2. 性別：性別は問わない
3. 入院・重症度：意思疎通は可能であるが、ICUにおいて管理が必要な術後患者
4. 何らかの疾患・原因で気管切開が必要とされ、自発呼吸は保たれているが酸素療法が必要な術後患者
5. 罹患期間：特に問わない
6. 本試験開始前に、本試験への参加について本人から文書により同意が得られた患者

1. Age: 20 years old and older at the time of written consent
2. Sex: no matter
3. Hospitalization, Severity: All of the postoperative patients in ICU who can communicate
4. Disease, Patient Condition: All of the postoperative patients who needs tracheotomy for several diseases or causes, and must be kept on spontaneous breathing but require oxygen therapy
5. Disease duration: no matter
6. All the patients who can provide the documented consent for the participation of this study before the start of final research

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 呼吸、循環が不安定な患者
2. 人工呼吸管理を必要とする患者
3. 意思疎通が不明瞭、あるいはせん妄患者
4. 本研究が患者にとって明らかに不利益となる事が予想される場合
