通常の大腸内視鏡検査で進行大腸癌と診断されている患者

Patient with advanced colorectal cancer,which is diagnosed by conventional colonoscopy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
通常の大腸内視鏡が大腸癌による狭窄のため盲腸まで挿入できない患者
大腸の切除歴がある、人工肛門が造設されている、または大腸ステントが留置されている患者
カプセル内視鏡を飲むことができない患者
ペースメーカーまたは自動除細動器が体内に留置されている患者
カプセルの滞留を含む偶発症が発生した場合に、その治療としての腹部手術を受けることが不可能な全身状態である患者、または手術療法に承諾を得られない患者
ポリエチレングリコール、クエン酸マグネシウム、ジメチコン、モサプリドクエン酸塩またはビサコジルに対し過敏症の既往がある患者
重大な肝疾患を有する患者
重大な腎疾患を有する患者
重大な呼吸器疾患を有する患者
重大な循環器疾患を有する患者

Patients with severe stenosis in the colon
Patients with prior colectomy, colostomy or colonic stenting
Patients with swallowing disorders
Patients with pacemakers or other implanted electro medical devices
Patients who could not perform surgery according to adverse general condition when complication was occurred
Patients with allergy for polyethylene glycol, magnesium citrate, dimethicone, mosapride citrate, bisacodyl
Patients with severe hepatic diseases
Patients with severe renal diseases
Patients with severe respiratory diseases
Patients with severe cardiac diseases
