目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
胸部傍脊椎神経ブロックの新しいアプローチ法として椎弓の背側を目標とする穿刺法（仮称： 肋椎管ブロック）が報告され、古典的なTPVBに比べ重篤な合併症のリスクの減少が予想される。しかしこのアプローチは局所麻酔薬の到達経路や薬物動態など不明な点が多い。本研究では造影剤を用いた薬物の拡散様式の評価を行う。

A new approach for throcic paravertebral block has been reported and we provisionally-designated as costvertebral canal block(CVC block). This technique make the local anesthetics injection on lamina and expected less serious complications than clasical technique.However, the local anesthetics pathway to nerves were poorly understood. In this study, we evaluate spreading manner of localanesthetics following CVC block using contrast dye.
