目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
全身麻酔の導入を安全に行うには、事前の静脈路確保が必須となる。
　また患者にとって、医療行為に伴う最も一般的な痛みは、注射や静脈路確保の際の皮膚穿刺痛であるが、穿刺痛の経験により、患者の受診行動に影響を与える（受診拒否）ことがわかっており、十分な対策が必要とされている。
穿刺痛を緩和する方法として、局所麻酔薬の使用や穿刺部位の冷却が有用とされているが、手技の煩雑さや効果発現までに時間がかかることから、臨床現場では必ずしも使用されていない。
今回は、より簡便に穿刺痛を緩和する方法として、穿刺前に非侵害刺激を与えることによる穿刺痛への影響を検討する。

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

刺激時や穿刺前後の心拍数・穿刺時の反応（呼吸変動・四肢の緊張・表情など）や、Visual analog scal（VAS）を使用し、痛みの評価をおこなう。

Using stimulation and reaction (including strain, the expression of a breathing change, limbs) at the time of a heart rate, the puncture before and after the puncture and Visual analog scal(VAS), I evaluate the pain.
