・特発性拡張型心筋症と診断された患者。
・NYHA心機能分類Ⅳ度であり、LVAD装着をしなければ生命の維持が困難な患者
・LVADを装着した患者

idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy
NYHA functional Class iv and patient sustaining life by LVAD
patient with LVAD

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・二次性心筋疾患である患者
・心臓再同期療法（CRT、CRT-Dの植込み）施行後、6ヵ月以内の患者
・心臓移植を受けた患者
