選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)治療担当している多職種チームの合議によって自由意思の表明ができると判断されていること。
2）DSM-Ⅳの診断基準にて統合失調症であること。
3）年齢20歳以上65歳未満。
4）感覚調整についてのアセスメントが終了し、感覚調整室の利用が１回以上あること。
5）研究期間において主剤の種類の変更など大きな薬物変更予定のないこと。
6）本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者。

1) Being judged to be able to express free will by multi-disciplinary team in charge
2) Meeting DSM-IV-TR criteria for schizophrenia
3) 20 years or older.Less than 60 years old
4) Finishing the assessment of sensory modulation and having used the sensory modulation room more than once
5) Patients for whom changes in main medication were presumed to be not necessary during the study
6) After explain the aims and nature of the study,capable of giving informed consent to participate in it

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)てんかんの既往がある（光刺激を使用する可能性があるため）。
2)組み入れ評価時に著しい希死念慮、他害や自傷のおそれがある。
3)研究実施時、介入実施者に対して身体的な暴力等の危険性がある。
4)合併している身体疾患が不安定である。（PS（Performance　Status）で3～4の状態）
5)退院や転院などの理由で試験期間を終了することが見込めない。
6)その他研究者間で研究参加不適格と判断されるもの。

1)History of epilepsy (Possibility of using light stimulations)
2)Serious suicidal ideation or possibility of harming themselves and others present at screening
3)Possible physical violence to intervening person at study
4)Unstable physical disorders(Performance Status 3 or 4)
5)No possibility of finishing intervention within the time limit because of discharge or hospital transfer
6)Other conditions deemed to affect the study eligibility
