PRGF療法は、硬軟両組織の治癒再生能の促進効果が期待でき、歯科臨床研究の価値があるものと考えられる。本研究は、口腔外科手術により生じる術後の口腔粘膜、顔面の皮膚欠損および顎骨欠損等に対するPRGFの創傷治癒促進効果を検討することにある。

PRGF therapy that the promoting effect of healing regenerative capacity of the hard and soft both organizations can be expected, there is a value of dental clinical research. The purpose of this study is to examine the oral mucosa of postoperative wound healing promoting effect of PRGF for the jaw bone loss, such as the skin and loss of face caused by oral surgery.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

術後1ヶ月・3ヶ月・6ヶ月の来院時に画像検査（エックス線検査）、歯周ポケット検査を用いて、PRGFによる新生骨形成能を評価する．また上皮化促進能は、術後翌日，1週間，1ヶ月・3ヶ月の来院時に口腔内写真（視診）にて継時的な創閉鎖時間の計測，創し開の有無，食渣残留の有無、感染傾向の有無を行う。また術後翌日，1週間，1ヶ月・3ヶ月の来院時に診療録より術後疼痛（ドライソケット等）の発生率を調べる．以上の新生骨形成のおよび上皮化促進能を検討することにより、PRGFの創傷治癒促進能を評価する。
　＊抜歯窩・・・平行法、ポケット検査で評価
　＊顎骨のう胞、腫瘍、顎骨骨折、上顎洞拳上術はCT、パノラマにて評価する
　＊その他の疾患は　診療録、口腔内写真は全症例に適応する

To evaluate the new bone formation ability of PRGF, periodontal pocket healing is inspection at the time of one month, three months, six months after surgery by Using X-ray inspection. Also the day after surgery and, for one week, measurement of wound closure time basis over time oral photograph at (inspection), presence or absence of open wounds City, epithelial promoting ability, 1 month, 3 months I do whether presence or absence of infection trend.

外傷による裂創、外科手術後の骨欠損に対する造骨処置を行う患者（埋伏智歯抜歯（Winter分類Class3以上）、上顎洞拳上術、顎骨のう胞、顎骨腫瘍顎顔面裂創、顎骨骨折、その他PRGF適応症例など
