1.冠動脈疾患患者
2.年令20歳以上、性別は問わない。
3.原則として日本循環器学会「不整脈の非薬物治療ガイドライン」の基準をもとに植込み型デバイス（ICD, CRT-D, CRT-P）を植込まれた患者

主な結果/Results

日本語
症例数は401　年齢　68±10歳、LVEFは35±13％。
　適切作動は2年で20％であった。植込み早期の作動は2次予防で多いが、2年を過ぎると1次予防も同等。不適切作動は低率であった。
　経過観察中　アブレーション14例、血行再建 34例が施行された。アブレーション後の死亡率はやや少なく、血行再建後の死亡率は 0%であった。
　死亡は1.5年で10%, 2.5年で20%であった。死因は心血管死亡が2/3であった。1次予防群の予後は不良で、高齢、重症心不全が原因として考えられた。

The number of cases was 401, age 68+/-10 years, LVEF was 35+/-13%.
Appropriate shock was 20% for 2 years. Shock after 2 years was equivalent to primary prevention. During follow-up, 14 cases of ablation and 34 cases of revascularization were performed. Mortality after ablation was slightly less. The mortality in patients with revascularization was 0%.
Mortality was 10% in 1.5 years. The prognosis of the primary prevention group was poor, and it was thought to be due to age and severe heart failure.
