スネアで切除後の切断面（術後創部）への後出血の予防としては、①そのまま放置する、②クリップで創部を閉鎖、③スネア切除後、スネアの先端を用いて、凝固波にて創部の血管を切除後すぐに焼灼する方法などで創部処置時間・術後出血・医療経済効果に差があるかを検証する
