選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1、消化管再建術後で、ERCPが必要な疾患(疑いも含む)を持つ患者
2、試験参加についての十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者に加え、代諾者の同意の得られた、未成年、認知症患者も含む

1, Patients with Roux-en Y hepaticojejunostomy and bile tract disease.
2, Written informed consent is required from patients or legal representatives

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1、内視鏡的アプローチ困難な患者（消化管狭窄合併例）
2、Performance status 4の患者
3、他臓器に重篤な合併症を有する患者
4、Y脚吻合部の吻合法が側々吻合となっていることが手術記録により判明している患者
5、Informed consentの得られない患者

1, Patients who have difficulty in endoscopic approach.
2, Patients in ECOG performance status 4.
3, Patients with serious complication in other organ.
4, Patients who have side-to-side jejunojejunal anastomosis.
5, Patients who don't give informed consent.
