目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
肝胆膵系臓器腫瘍切除術は侵襲が大きく、手術中の循環動態の維持に苦慮することが多い。一般に、血管収縮薬であるα1作動薬を用いて血圧を維持するか、あるいは、ヒドロキシエチルデンプンを含む代用血漿を投与することにより血圧を維持するという方法がとられている。どちらがより安全で有効性が高いか酸化ストレスの観点から比較検討する。

Abdominal surgery of hepatobiliary and pancreas system induces huge stress against surgical patients and fluctuates circulation. To maintain circulatory dynamics during such surgeries, vasoconstrictive drug such as alpha 1 agents or hydroxyethyl starch fluid is usually used. The aim of the present study is to investigate and compare those treatments from the standpoint of oxidative stress.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

酸化ストレスの指標として、手術前後で血液中あるいは尿中の8-OHdG値を測定し比較する。循環動態の指標としては、経食道エコーで循環動態のモニターを行う。

Oxidative stress is evaluated by measuring 8-OHdG in blood or urine before the start of surgery and the end of surgery. Intraoperative circulatory system is evaluated by esophageal echocardiography.

重度の食道静脈瘤のある患者
食道癌術後の患者
食道に潰瘍などの病変がある患者
開口障害のある患者
術式が変更になった場合

英語
Patients with severe esophageal varices, esophageal ulcer or cancer, and problem of opening mouth.
Patients receiving esophageal cancer surgery.
Patients in whom operation method is changed during operation.
