1. 冠動脈ステント留置術を受けた虚血性心疾患患者
2. 冠動脈ステント留置術、周術期前後2週間に頭部MRIを撮像された患者
3. 1年間以上の抗血小板薬併用療法が見込まれる患者
4. 年齢20歳以上

3. Dual antiplatelet therapy for 1 year

主な結果/Results

日本語
脳内微小出血(CMB)の有病率は33％（n=109）、平均CMB数は2.9±3.6（中央値2、4分位範囲1～3）、うち16例（15％）はmulti-CMB（>4）であった。ICHはCMB4人のうち1人（1.1％）に発生し，3群間のICH有病率に有意差はなかった（0％ vs. 1.1 vs. 0％，P＝0.28）。CMBは全死亡と関連していた（非CMB vs. CMB＜5 vs. CMB≧5，3.6% vs. 12.0% vs. 6.3%，P＝0.022 ）。

The prevalence of intracerebral microbleeds (CMBs) was 33% (n=109), with a mean number of CMBs of 2.9+-3.6 (median 2, quartile range 1-3), of which 16 (15%) were multi-CMBs (>4). ICH occurred in 1 of 4 CMBs (1.1%), with no significant difference in ICH prevalence among the 3 groups.
