1.2013年7月から2015年6月までのJapanese CTO PCI Expert Registry登録患者で5年追跡が可能な患者
2.患者成功が得られた患者
3.クロピドグレル内服患者
4.CYP2C19遺伝子多型解析に同意の患者
5.1年後の確認冠動脈造影または冠動脈CT検査が可能な患者

1.Patients enrolled in the Japanese CTO PCI Expert Registry from July 2013 to June 2015 who are able to be followed up for five years
2.Patients after successful stent implantation without complications
3.Patients taking clopidogrel
4.Patients who give written informed consent for the analysis of CYP2C19 genetic polymorphism
5.Patients who are able to undergo follow-up coronary angiography or multislice computed tomography after one year
