１．Endocytoscopyで観察された病変
２．20歳以上であること
３．十分なインフォームドコンセントを受け同意を得られていること

3.Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１．抗血小板剤もしくは抗凝固剤内服中の患者
２．炎症性腸疾患の患者

本検討からは以下の病変は除外した。
a.進行癌
b.神経内分泌腫瘍
c.非上皮性腫瘍
d.Sessile serrated adenoma / polyp

1) taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant
2) inflammatory bowel disease patients

Following lesions were excluded from this study
a. advanced cancer (T2 or more),
b. neuroendocrine tumor
c. non-epithelial tumor
d. sessile serrated adenoma / polyp (SSA/P).
