日本語
ぶどう膜炎患者より採取した血液、眼内液中の、眼炎症発作の前後における白血球の表面抗原の発現または細胞内情報伝達物質分子の活性化、及び血清中の炎症性サイトカイン、ケモカインまたは可溶型サイトカイン受容体、ケモカイン受容体の発現を定量し、それらと眼発作との関連性を検討する。

ぶどう膜炎患者における各種バイオマーカー（炎症性サイトカインならびにケモカイン等、白血球の表面マーカー及び細胞内シグナル伝達物質の活性化）と視機能の相関。

Patients who are diagnosed according to clinical criteria and have had a medical examination in Kyushu University Hospital

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)貧血の症状（ヘモグロビン 8 g/dl以下）がある患者
(2)全身状態が不良（PS値3以上）な患者
(3)その他研究者が被験者として適当でないと判断した患者
