両側手術
片側手術で、再建ないしエキスパンダーを入れる症例
ASA classⅢ以上
緊急手術症例
オピオイドやステロイドなどの鎮痛効果のある薬剤をすでに服用している症例
抗精神病薬や抗不安薬を服用している症例BMI>35
eGFR<50
術後1年以内に乳房再建術を受けた症例
がんの再発・メタが後日確認された症例
死亡
外科のfollow upではなくなった症例
