目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究は、日本への外国人旅行者の日本滞在に伴う病気の予防や日本の医療やケアの情報を提供するためのデジタルアニメの介入によるヘルスプロモーション効果の検証を目的としている。仮説は、介入により（１）外国人旅行者の日本での病気の予防や医療システムの知識の心配を軽減する（２）日本滞在における病気になった時の不安が軽減する（３）楽しむことができるである。

The objective of our study is to investigate the effectiveness of health promotion using digital animation media for foreign tourists in Japan.
Our hypotheses are; (1) decrease concerns about Japanese health promotion and health system, (2) decrease anxieties to visit Japanese health facilities, (3) enjoy watching a digital animation DVD.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

アウトカムの評価として（１）日本での病気の予防や医療システムの知識の心配はMari Meter-X質問票（２）不安の軽減はSTAI-Y質問票（３）楽しむことができるかどうかはフェイススケールで測定する。
　評価の時期は、デジタルアニメ試写の直前と直後。

Primary outcomes will be measured by (1) Mari meter-X for health promotion and health system in Japan, (2) STAI-Y for reducing emotional anxiety, (3) a face scale for measuring enjoyment at a baseline and immediately after digital animation intervention.
