外来教育パスを終了した25名
　・介入あり13名(終了7名、中断4名、継続2名)
　・介入なし12名(終了4名、中断6名、継続2名)

結果、介入群では、
①行動変容ステージの改善(準備期→実行期、実行期→維持期)がみられた
②身体活動レベルの悪化はなく、総身体活動量は維持されていた
③筋力・全身持久力（6分間歩行テスト）は有意に改善し、非介入群に比して高値となった
一方、BMIおよびHbA1cは観察期間中の変動はなく、2群間の差も認めなかった。
