探索研究：ppb (parts per bilion)以下のレベルまでの超微量ガスを測定可能な高性能ガスクロマトグラフィー（GCM）を用い、被験者の呼気並びに上腕から採取する皮膚ガスを分析する。早朝空腹時に加え、安定同位体（13C）で標識された75gブドウ糖および脂肪酸の負荷後６時間までの経過を検討することで、被験者の糖・脂質代謝状態と連動する生体ガスを同定、解析する。

胃、小腸に手術歴のある患者
アルコール依存状態にある患者。
常習的に喫煙習慣のある患者。
悪性腫瘍を合併している患者。
認知能の低下により、研究主旨の理解が得られない患者。
重症心不全・重症虚血性心疾患のある患者。
重症呼吸不全を合併している患者。
重症肝不全を合併している患者。
重篤な皮膚疾患の合併、または既往歴のある患者。
重篤な消化管疾患、または手術既往歴のある患者。
活動性の消化管病変のある患者。
(重篤度は主治医の判断による)

Sampling は糖脂質代謝に関してrandome samplingで、case-controlを特定しない。
血中の13C-glucoseの経時的なdynamic studyを行い、これに一致した皮膚ガス等の挙動をしらべる。皮膚ガスはGCMによりppbオーダー前後までのピークを網羅的に検出、記録し、関連分析から注目される新規未知ガス成分を既知のライブラリーに照らし合わせて同定する。

Any candidate can be eligible and will be subject to sampling for glycolipid metabolism. It does not specify a case-control.
Biogas will be analyzed in order to investigate the relationship between the gas elements and metabolic status by a dynamic study over time after 13C-glucose in the blood, The unknown but notable elementsd can be identified by referring to known libraries.
