構造MRI・機能的MRI計測に基づく脳構造・機能的特性と、可聴域上限をこえる高周波成分を含む音響情報に対する認知・行動学的、神経・生理学的反応との関係について観察し、高周波音響を用いた治療法の適応の選定、治療効果の予測因子の同定、最適な治療計画の設定を可能にするための基礎的知見の蓄積を目的とする。

1. 精神症状評価尺度（ハミルトンうつ病評価尺度（Hamilton's Rating Scale for Depression; HAM-D/HDS）、抑うつ症状評価尺度（MADRS）、MMSE（Mini-Mental State Examination）、BEHAVE-AD(Behavioral Pathologic Rating Scale for Alzheimer's Disease)、NPI:Neuropsychiatric Inventory、MINI（精神疾患簡易構造化面接）、統合失調症認知機能簡易検査評価尺度日本語版（Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia Japanese version (BACS-J)）

2．実行機能検査（ウィスコンシンカードソーティングテスト、内田クレペリンテストなど）、注意機能検査（Continuous Performance Test、Go/NoGo taskなど）、ワーキングメモリー検査、情動認知検査（表情感情同定・弁別課題など）

1. Scores of rating scales for neuropsychiatric symptoms, including HAM-D, MADRS, MMSE, BEHAVE-AD, NPI, MINI, BACS-J.

2. Scores of cognitive functions including executive functions (WCST, Uchida-Kraepelin (U-K) test), attention function (CPT, Go/NoGo task), working memory, and emotion recognition (facial expression identification/discrimination).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1．BPSD症状を有するDSM-5の認知症の診断基準を満たし、日常生活について報告をすることのできる介護者がいる患者
2．大うつ病性障害、統合失調症、発達障害およびパーキンソン病の診断基準を満たす患者

1. Patients who meet criteria of major neurocognitive disorders by DSM-5 and have one caregiver (living with the patient at least ten hours a week).
2. Patients who meet criteria of major depresive disorder, schizophrenia, developmental disorder or Parkinson's disease.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1．病室内に音響装置を設置することが危険につながる可能性のある患者（自傷・自殺の危険を有する患者、暴力・興奮が激しい患者など）
2．発達障害・双極性障害の診断を有する患者、アルコール・薬物乱用の合併症がある患者
3．聴覚障害を有する患者
4. MRI撮像上の禁忌がある場合

1. In case they show suicide attempt, excitement and violence.
2. In case they have history of developmental disorder, bipolar disorder or alchol/drug abuse.
3. In case they have hearing difficulties.
4. In case they meet a contraindication for MRI scan.
